INGREDIENTS:
1/2 package of spinach
1 double chicken breast
1 orange
garlic
1 hot pepper (not chilli!)
little piece of ginger
HOW TO MAKE?
1. Prepare the marinade. Crush garlic, pepper and ginger (may be hard) with the garlic press. In a bowl combine pressed ingredients with a little bit of olive oil. Mix well. Marinate the chicken (cut into pieces) for about an hour.
2. After that time, fry the chicken on the frying pan. You shouldn’t fry it for too long.
3. Wash the spinach. Peel and cut the orange.
4. And the last thing: ‘arrange’ the salad on your plate. Spinach, chicken and oranges.
Done!
