midnight snack again!
Tuesday night, watching movies with tensai. around 4am, little bit tipsy and still not sleepy we suddenly realized that we’re hungry.
checking the fridge. nothing. freezer? chicken stomachs! we’re saved!
and that’s how I came to know this Korean midnight snack (often eaten while drinking alcohol).
delicious!

INGREDIENTS

300g chicken stomach
1 onion
mirin
salt
pepper
oil to fry

HOW TO MAKE?

1. Cut the chicken stomach in slices. Cut the onion, rather big pieces.

2. Preheat a little bit of oil on the frying pan. When it’s hot, add the chicken stomach, onion, salt, pepper and a little bit of mirin to the frying pan. Fry for a while, stirring from time to time.

3. And after 10-15 minutes it’s ready. It’s ready when the stomachs are fried. And that’s how it looks when it’s cooked:
