As for the lush green that I said I missed this year: will these suffice for a proof that spring has really sprung this year? 🌿

Having spent the last 15 years working in various food joints across countries and positions, resulted in two things: feeling of belonging to the global tribe of cooks, waiters, baristas, bartenders, KPs and other food service professionals, as well as a major autistic burnout.

I stopped blogging because I stopped eating. It was not a choice. Nor an eating disorder. Sometimes life throws so much at us that we bend under pressure.

Water with fresh raspberries and mint. No sugar needed, just let the water sit for a bit!

Outdoor cooking is great, awesome even. There’s only one little risk when cooking al fresco: the weather. Even the sunniest of days can quickly turn into a stormy afternoon ⛈
